CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND (FORM OF STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1980. I, MICHEÁL Ó CINNÉIDE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 35 of the Currency Act, 1927 (No. 32 of 1927), as adapted by section 11 of the Central Bank Act, 1942 (No. 22 of 1942), and amended by the Exchequer and Local Financial Years Act (Adaptation of Enactments and Statutory Instruments) (No. 2) Order, 1974 ( S.I. No. 293 of 1974 ), and after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Ireland, hereby make the following Regulations: 1.

(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Central Bank of Ireland (Form of Statement of Accounts) (Amendment) Regulations, 1980.
(2)The Central Bank of Ireland (Form of Statement of Accounts) Regulations, 1961 to 1978, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Central Bank of Ireland (Form of Statement of Accounts) Regulations, 1961 to
  2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.
  3. The Central Bank of Ireland (Form of Statement of Accounts) Regulations, 1961 ( S.I. No. 187 of 1961 ), are hereby amended by the substitution for the matter at reference B in Part I of the Schedule (inserted by the Central Bank of Ireland (Form of Statement of Accounts) (Amendment) Regulations, 1969 ( S.I.
