BOVINE DISEASES (LEVIES) REGULATIONS, 1981. I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 2
(2)and 19
(1)of the Bovine Diseases (Levies) Act, 1979 (No. 26 of 1979), hereby make the following Regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Bovine Diseases (Levies) Regulations, 1981.
(2)These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 1st day of February,
- The amount of levy payable under section 2 of the Bovine Diseases (Levies) Act, 1979 (No. 26 of 1979), shall be— ( a ) as regards milk, nil per gallon, ( b ) as regards animals slaughtered or exported live, nil per animal. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 18th day of March,
- RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture. EXPLANATORY NOTE. These Regulations reduce to nil the amounts payable on milk and bovine animals under the Bovine Diseases (Levies) Act, 1979 with effect from 1st February,
