AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 104 of 1981. AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) (ROUTE CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1981. I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 12 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), as amended by section 1 of the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ), hereby make the following regulations (the charges thereunder having been determined by me in pursuance of tariffs approved of under an international agreement to which the State is a party): 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1981.
(2)The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 78 of 1980 ), and these Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 and
- The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980, are hereby amended as follows:— ( a ) by the substitution in Regulation 5
(1)for "19.6874 United States dollars" of "23.0979 United States dollars", ( b ) the substitution for Regulation 7(
- h)of the following: "(
- h)test flights performed exclusively with a view to obtaining, renewing or maintaining the certificate of airworthiness of aircraft or equipment," ( c ) the substitution for Regulation 7(
- i)of the following: "(
- i)training flights performed exclusively with a view to obtaining, renewing or maintaining a pilots licence or rating, (
- j)flights made by aircraft of which the maximum total weight authorised is less than two metric tons". ( d ) the substitution for the Schedule thereto of the following: ANNEX. SCHEDULE.
