S.I. No. 108/1981 - Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981.

(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981.

(2)The Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 198 of 1980 ), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 and 1981. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1981. 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. 4. The Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980, are hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the entries in the Schedule thereto: 1. (1)Service indications are charged for as one word at the appropriate rate for the category of telegram concerned.
