These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1981. 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. 4. The Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 198 of 1980 ), are hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the entries in the Schedule thereto (inserted by Regulation 4 of the Telegram (Foreign Written Telegram) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 108 of 1981 )): 1.
