AmendmentsLeasuithe I, ALAN DUKES, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and section 41 (as amended by section 19 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1941 (No. 11 of 1941), and section 7 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (No. 9 of 1952)) of that Act, as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 31 of 1977 ), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981. 2. In these Regulations— “the Board” means the Dublin District Milk Board; “the section” means section 41 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), as amended by section 19 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1941 (No. 11 of 1941), and section 7 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (No. 9 of 1952). 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. 4.

(1)For the purposes of the levy payable to the Board under subsection
(1)(
  1. b)of the section— (
  2. a)the prescribed sum shall, in respect of the month of October 1981, and each subsequent month be 0.862 new pence; (
  3. b)regulation 4
(1)(a) of the Dublin District Milk Board (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations, 1971 ( S.I. No. 16 of 1971 ), shall not apply in relation to any such month.
(2)For the purposes of the levy payable to the Board under subsection 2 (
  1. b)of the section— (
  2. a)the prescribed sum shall, in respect of the month of October 1981, and each subsequent month be 0.862 new pence; (
  3. b)regulation 4
(2)(a) of the Regulations mentioned in paragraph
(1)(b) shall not apply in relation to any such month.
  1. The Dublin District Milk Board (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations ( S.I. No. 107 of 1973 ), are hereby revoked as on and from the 1st day of October
