AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 43
(3)of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 hereby orders as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Dublin Bay Special Amenity Area Order (Refusal of Confirmation) Order,
- The Minister for the Environment refuses to confirm the Order made on the 4th day of April, 1977, by the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Dublin, being the planning authority for the Country Borough of Dublin, under the provisions of section 42 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 , as amended by section 40 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 . GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment this 6th day of November,
