No. 389/1981 - European Communities (Agricultural Or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations, 1981. AmendmentsLeasuithe I, ALAN M. DUKES, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive 80/720/EEC of 24 June, 1980* , in so far as that Directive applies to the type approval of agricultural or forestry tractors and components, hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations, 1981, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1981. 2. The following Schedule is hereby substituted for Schedule I to the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations, 1979 ( S.I. No. 137 of 1979 ) (inserted by the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I.
