AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 13 of the Housing Act, 1969 (No. 16 of 1969) hereby makes the following Order, the draft of which has been approved by a resolution passed by each House of the Oireachtas:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Housing Act, 1969 (Continuance) Order, 1981. 2. The Housing Act, 1969 (other than section 11 and subsections
(1)and
(2)of section 13) shall continue in force until 31st December,

- PETER BARRY, Minister for the Environment. EXPLANATORY NOTE. (This notice is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.) Section 11 and subsections
(1)and
(2)of section 13 of the Housing Act, 1969 are in force permanently. The remaining provisions would expire on the 31st day of December, 1981 unless continued by Order of the Minister for the Environment. The effect of this Order is to continue the Housing Act, 1969 in force for three years ending on the 31st day of December, 1984.
