AmendmentsLeasuithe I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 of the Government Loans (Conversion) Act, 1951 (No. 12 of 1951), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the 5% National Savings Bonds, 1971/81, (Closure of Register) Regulations, 1981. 2. The transfer by deed register of 5% National Savings Bonds, 1971/81, being a Government Loan in relation to which an offer for conversion into 13% Conversion Stock, 1984 on the 15th day of February, 1981, has been made, may be closed for the period from the 6th day of February, 1981, to the 15th day of February, 1981. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 5th day of February, 1981. GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Finance. EXPLANATORY NOTE. These regulations enable the closure of the register of 5% National Savings Bonds, 1971/81, for the period 6th February, 1981 to 15th February, 1981.
