(1)of the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 (No. 10 of 1960) inserted by section 16 of the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1976 (No. 37 of 1976), hereby order as follows:—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 (Section 31) (No. 2) Order,
  3. The Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 (Section 31) Order, 1981 ( S.I. No. 21 of 1981 ), shall not apply to a broadcast, whether made before or after the commencement of this Order, of any part of the series of television programmes called "Ireland, A Television History" and written and presented by Robert Kee. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 17th day of February,
