No. 92 of 1981. GREYHOUNDRACE TRACK (BOOKMAKERS ADMISSION CHARGES) REGULATIONS, 1981. Bord na gCon, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by subsection
(1)of Section 48 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) and also subsection
(3)of Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following Regulations, that is to say:—
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Bookmakers Admission Charges) Regulations, 1981.
(2)For the purposes of these Regulations a "racing session" shall mean a programme of not more than ten greyhound races at a greyhound race track licensed under the Act.
(3)The maximum charges to be made for admitting bookmakers carrying on their business to a racing session at the greyhound race tracks listed hereunder shall be as follows:— Greyhound Race Track at: Licensee: Max. admission per bookmaker for a racing session: Clonmel Clonmel Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. £4.50 Cork Cork Greyhound Race Co. Ltd. £4.50 Dundalk Dundealgan Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. £4.50 Enniscorthy Enniscorthy Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. £4.50 Galway Seamus P. (4)These Regulations shall come into operation on the 18th day of March,
