I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1982. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of December, 1982. 3. The rate of fee specified in section 3 (
4. i)of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979) is hereby altered by the substitution of "O. 1875 new pence" for "three twentieths of one new penny" (inserted by the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1982 ( S.I.
