AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1982. 2. The 28th day of December, 1982, the 29th day of December, 1982 and the 3rd day of January, 1983 shall be regarded as public holidays for the purposes of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ). GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 17th day of December, 1982. BARRY DESMOND, Minister for Health. EXPLANATORY NOTE. These Regulations amend the main Regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purpose of making searches of the indexes) to enable the office to close on Tuesday and Wednesday the 28th and 29th December, 1982 and Monday the 3rd January, 1983.
