HARBOUR RATES (NEW ROSS HARBOUR) ORDER, 1982. I, JOHN P. WILSON, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on my by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ) and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ) and after due compliance with section 106 of that Act, hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1982.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April,
- In this Order— "the Order of 1981" means the Harbour Rates (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1981 (S.I. No. 413 of 1981).
- The Harbour Rates (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 230 of 1949 ), is hereby amended by— ( a ) The substitution for the First Schedule (inserted by the Order of 1981) thereto of the following Schedule: "FIRST SCHEDULE Actual Goods Rates Commodity Unit of Quantity Import/Export Rate Acid per tonne 43p Ammonia per tonne 43p Animal Feed per tonne 21p Coal per tonne 13p Crude Fertilizers per tonne 26p Grain per tonne 26p Machinery per tonne 156p Malt per tonne 26p FBU Cars and Vans per vehicle 234p CKD Cars per tonne 57p Petroleum Products per tonne 57p Potash per tonne 32p Pulpwood per tonne 17p Salt per tonne 32p Timber per tonne 63p Cement per tonne 32p Miscellaneous except otherwise herein scheduled per tonne 49p " ( b ) the substitution of "£20.00" for "£15.00" at reference number 1 in the Third Schedule (inserted by the Order of 1981) thereto.
