(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) (Amendment) Regulations, 1982.

(2)The Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 and 1981 and these Regulations may be cited together as the Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 to 1982. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1982. 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. 4. The Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 198 of 1980 ), are hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the entries in the Schedule thereto (inserted by Regulation 4 of the Telegraph (Foreign Written Telegram) (Amendment (No. 2) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 297 of 1981 )): 1.
