(2)and 6
(3)of the Arbitration Act, 1980 (No. 7 of 1980), hereby order as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Arbitration Act, 1980 (New York Convention) Order,
- Each state specified in the Schedule to this Order is a party to the New York Convention.
- The Arbitration Act, 1980 (New York Convention) Order, 1981 ( S.I. No. 175 of 1981 ), is hereby revoked.
