MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT, 1984 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1984. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection
(2)of section 16 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1984 (No. 18 of 1984), hereby orders as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1984 (Commencement) Order,
- 2.
(1)The Misuse of Drugs Act, 1984 , other than sections 3 and 4, shall come into operation on the 3rd day of August, 1984.
(2)Sections 3 and 4 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1984 shall come into operation on the 1st day of October,
- GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 2nd day of August,
