CASUAL TRADING ACT, 1980 (LICENCES FEES) REGULATIONS, 1984. I, JOHN BRUTON, Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4
(10)of the Casual Trading Act, 1980 (No. 43 of 1980), and the Trade, Commerce and Tourism (Alternation of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 384 of 1983 ), hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Casual Trading Act, 1980 (Licences Fees) Regulations,
- These Regulations shall come into operation on the 7th day of January,
- Section 4 of the Casual Trading Act, 1980 (No. 43 of 1980), is hereby amended— ( a ) by the substitution of "£175" for "£100" in subsection
(1), and ( b ) by the substitution of "£20" for "£5" in subsection

The effect of these Regulations is to increase the fees for Casual Trading licences.
