AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 344 of 1984. THE FIRE SERVICES COUNCIL (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1983 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1984. The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (No. 6 of 1971) and section 4 of that Act as amended by section 9 of the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1980 (No. 8 of 1980) as applied by section 16
(5)of the Fire Services Act, 1981 (No. 30 of 1981) hereby orders as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Fire Services Council (Establishment) Order, 1983 (Amendment) Order,
- The Fire Services Council (Establishment) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 175 of 1983 ) is hereby amended by the substitution for article 14 of the following article:— "
- The Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1956 (No. 10 of 1956) and Schemes and Regulations made under the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1980 (No. 8 of 1980) shall apply to the Council as if it were a local authority.".
