(3)) ORDER, 1984. I, ALAN M. DUKES, Minister for Finance, being satisfied that the payment of the interest or dividends due on the 15th day of December, 1984, on the securities specified in Article 2 of the Order following cannot be effected, hereby, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2
(3)of the State Financial Transactions (Special Provisions) Act, 1984 (No. 23 of 1984), order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the State Financial Transactions (Special Provisions) Act, 1984 (Section 2
(3)) Order, 1984.
(2)This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 15th day of December,
  2. The payment of the interest or dividends due on the 15th day of December, 1984, on the outstanding stock of:— ( a ) Finance (Variable Rate) Stock 1985, ( b ) 9% Exchequer Stock, 1987, ( c ) 7% National Loan, 1987—1992, and ( d ) 12¼% Development Stock, 2000-2003, is hereby postponed. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20th day of December,
