(1)of section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (No. 22 of 1935), as adapted by article 4 of the Health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58), which said powers are delegated to me by the Health (Delegation of Functions) Order, 1984, I, JOHN F. DONNELLAN, Minister of State at the Department of Health, hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (Sale of Milk) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.
  4. On and after the 1st day of May, 1984 the sale of milk is hereby prohibited in the Sanitary Districts specified in the Schedule hereto unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 . SCHEDULE Sanitary Districts County Health District of Louth County Health District of Carlow County Health District of Clare County Health District of Laoighis Urban District of Tullamore.
