The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1
(6)of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 (No. 7 of 1985), hereby orders as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 , (Commencement) (No. 3) Order,
- On the 17th day of June, 1985, section 28 of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 , shall come into operation. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment this 17th day of June,
- LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for the Environment. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order brings into operation section 28 of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 which relates to the maritime boundaries of certain local authorities. The whole Act has now been brought into operation.
