AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 245 of 1985. DUBLIN DENTAL HOSPITAL (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1963 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1985. The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 3 and 4 of the Health (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1961 (No. 27 of 1961) hereby orders as follows— 1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Dental Hospital (Establishment) Order, 1963 (Amendment) Order, 1985. 2. The Dublin Dental Hospital (Establishment) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 129 of 1963 ) as amended by the Dublin Dental Hospital (Establishment) Order, 1963 (Amendment) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 370 of 1980 ) shall be amended as follows:— The following article shall be substituted for Article 21:— "21. Appointments to any senior teaching office under the Board shall be made on the recommendation of a selection board consisting of the Chairman of the Board, if willing to act, and if not so willing, a person nominated by the Minister, two persons nominated by the Board, two persons nominated by Trinity College, Dublin, and two persons, who shall be dentists, nominated by the Minister for Education". The effect of this Order is to permit two persons nominated by Trinity College, Dublin to sit on the selection board which would recommend appointments to senior teaching offices under the Board.
