AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 412 of 1985. SUPERANNUATION(DESIGNATION OF APPROVED ORGANISATIONS) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 1985. I, JOHN BOLAND, Minister for the Public Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4
(1)of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 (No. 24 of 1963), and the Public Service (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 294 of 1973 ), hereby make the following Regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) (No. 2) Regulations, 1985.
(2)The collective citation "the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) Regulations, 1964 to 1985" shall include these Regulations.
- The organisations set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby designated as approved organisations for the purposes of section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 (No. 24 of 1963). SCHEDULE Voluntary Hospitals and Nursing Organisations to which the Non-Officers (Voluntary Hospitals) Superannuation Scheme, 1985, applies. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 6th day of December,

Section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 , provides for the transfer of pensionableservice in the case of staff transfers between the Civil Service and "approved organisations" and between one "approved organisation" and another. These regulations designate the organisations set out in the schedule as "approved organisations".
