AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1985. 2. The 9th day of April, 1985 shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purpose of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974, ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ).
