GAS REGULATION ACT, 1982 (SECTION 7) ORDER, 1986. I, DICK SPRING, Minister for Energy, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7
(3)of the Gas Regulation Act, 1982 as adapted by the Industry and Energy (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 385 of 1983 ), hereby make the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as the Gas Regulation Act, 1982 (Section 7) Order,
- Sections 316 and 323 of the Companies Acts 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), are hereby applied to or in respect of the receiver of the property of Dublin Gas Company or as respects assets coming into the hands of that receiver. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 13th day of May,
