AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1. ( a ) These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1986. ( b ) These Regulations and the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1985 ( S.I. No. 411 of 1985 ) shall be construed as one and may be cited together as the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1985 and 1986. 2. The Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1985 are hereby amended by the addition to article 3 of the following paragraph:— "(iii) from 28 July 1986 to the end of August 1986 the reference to the period from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. shall be construed as a reference to the periods 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.".
