NEWSPAPERS (SPECIAL SERVICE FOR CONVEYANCE BY POST OFFICE MAIL VANS) AMENDMENT (NO. 11) SCHEME, 1986. AN POST, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act, 1983 (No. 24 of 1983), and with the consent of the Minister for Communications, hereby makes the following scheme: 1.
(1)This scheme may be cited as the Newspapers (Special Service for Conveyance by Post Office Mail Vans) Amendment (No. 11) Scheme, 1986.
(2)This scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of July,
- The Schedule to the Newspapers (Special Service for Conveyance by Post Office mail Vans) Warrant, 1957, ( S.I. No. 37 of 1957 ), as amended by the Newspapers (Special Service for Conveyance by Post Office mail Vans) Amendment (No. 10) scheme, 1985 ( S.I. No. 135 of 1985 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for the entries therein of the entries in the Schedule to this scheme. SCHEDULE.
