No. 406/1986 - European Communities (Concentrated Butter) (Maximum Prices) (Revocation) Regulations, 1986.Eh> AmendmentsLeasuithe I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 3157/86,1 hereby make the following Regulations: 1OJ No. L 294 of 17.10.86, pages 8 and 9. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Concentrated Butter) (Maximum Prices) (Revocation) Regulations, 1986, and shall come into operation on the 18th day of December, 1986. 2. The European Communities (Concentrated Butter) (Maximum Prices) Regulations, 1986 (S.I. 101 of 1986), are hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 9th day of December, 1986. AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of this Order is to revoke, as from 18th December, 1986 the European Communities (Concentrated Butter) (Maximum Prices), Regulations ( S.I. No. 101 of 1986 ) which had fixed maximum retail prices for concentrated butter manufactured under EEC Commission Regulation No. 3143/85.
