I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for the Public Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6A of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) Act, 1938 (No. 34 of 1938) as amended by the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial, Parliamentary and Judicial Offices (Amendment) Act, 1983 (No. 32 of 1983), hereby make the following scheme: 1. This Scheme may be cited as the Houses of the Oireachtas (Members) Pensions (Amendment) (No. 2) Scheme, 1986. 2. Clause 5 of the Houses of the Oireachtas (Members) Pensions Scheme (which was made under section 6A of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) Act, 1938 (No. 34 of 1938), and came into force on the 1st day of December, 1960) is hereby amended by the substitution of "a member" for "a member of Dáil Éireann" in subparagraph (
4. i)(B) of subclause
