INLAND POST AMENDMENT (No. 38) SCHEME, 1986. AN POST, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act, 1983 (No. 24 of 1983) and with the consent of the Minister for Communications, hereby makes the following Scheme: 1.

(1)This Scheme may be cited as the Inland Post Amendment (No. 38) Scheme, 1986.
(2)This Scheme shall come into operation on the 3rd day of March,
  2. In this Scheme— "Scheme No. 31" means the Inland Post Amendment (No. 31) Scheme, 1985 ( S.I. No. 94 of 1985 ).
  3. The First Schedule of Scheme No. 31 is hereby amended by the substitution for the entries therein of the entries in the First Schedule of this Scheme. FIRST SCHEDULE SCHEDULE OF CHARGES National Service (To places within the State) Scheduled Service and Scheduled Supplementary Service. Each item Not over 1kg. Each Item over 1 kg. and not over 10 kg Each Item over 10 kg. and not over 20 kg. £ £ £ Not over 50 items in any one month 5.00 6.50 10.50 51st and subsequent items not exceeding 100 items in any one month 4.00 5.50 9.50 101st and subsequent items 3.00 4.50 8.50 Collection from sender's premises (available in Dublin and Cork only): £2 per collection subject to a maximum charge of £24 in any one month. Public Occasional Service Weight Each Item £ Not exceeding 1kg. 6.00 Over 1kg and not exceeding 10kg. 8.50 Over 10kg and not exceeding 20kg. 11.50 Special rate for consignments for same address (Consignments to be made up in units not exceeding 20kg.): First 20kg unit £11.50 Each additional unit £0.30 per kg. Collection from sender's premises (available in Dublin and Cork only): £2 per collection service. GIVEN under the Common Seal of AN POST this 28th day of February,
