RIVER ERNE (SPECIAL LOCAL LICENCES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1987. I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 74 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), and the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 30 of 1977 ) (as adapted by the Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 82 of 1987 )), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, in so far as it relates to the licence duty to be paid in respect of special local licences, hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1987.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July,
- In Article 4 (inserted by Article 2 of the Special Tidal Waters (Special Local Licences) Order, 1985 ( S.I. No. 26 of 1985 )) of the River Erne (Special Local Licences) Order, 1934 (S.R. and O., No. 178 and 1934), paragraph
(1)(as amended by Article 2 of the river Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1986 ( S.I. No. 212 of 1986 )), is hereby amended by the substitution of "£75 in the year 1987 and £101 thereafter" for "£75 in the year 1986 and £101 thereafter" and the said paragraph
(1), as so amended is set out in the Table to this Article. TABLE
(1)The licence duty to be paid in respect of every special local licence to use a draft net granted under this Order shall be £75 in the year 1987 and £101 thereafter. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 1st day of July,

This Order provides that the special local licence duty payable in respect of a draft net for use in the special tidal waters of the River Erne shall be £75 in 1987 and £101 thereafter.
