THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1988. The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1932 (No. 25 of 1932), hereby makes the following regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Therapeutic Substances (Fees) Regulations, 1988. 2. The Therapeutic Substances (Fees) Regulations, 1954 are hereby revoked. 3. The fees set out in the attached Schedule to these regulations shall be the fees chargeable for licences under the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1932 . 4. These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1988. SCHEDULE
(1)For a licence to manufacture (
- a)in respect of licence £300 (
- b)in respect of each therapeutic substance specified £60
(2)For a licence to import (
- a)in respect of licence £100 (
- b)in respect of each therapeutic substance specified £20
(3)For a research licence (
- a)in respect of licence £20 (
