VALUATION TRIBUNAL (FEES) REGULATION, 1988. I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulation: 1. This Regulation may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulation, 1988. 2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal under section 3
(5)of the Valuation Act, 1988 of a class mentioned in column
(1)of the following Table shall be the amount specified in column
(2)opposite the mention of that class. TABLE Valuation of property as determined by Commissioner of Valuation Appeal Fee
