(2)of the Local Government (Multi-Storey Buildings) Act, 1988 (No. 17 of 1988), and article 2 of the Local Government (Multi-Storey Buildings) Act, 1988 (Determination of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1988 ( S.I. No. 244 of 1988 ), hereby orders as follows—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Multi-Storey Buildings) Act, 1988 (Commencement) Order,
  3. The Local Government (Multi-Storey Buildings) Act, 1988 shall come into operation on the 14th day of November,
  4. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment this 10th day of November,
  5. PÁDRAIG FLYNN. Minister for the Environment. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order will bring into operation on 14th November, 1988 the provisions of all sections of the Local Government (Multi-storey Buildings) Act, 1988 .
