(3)of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (No. 19 of 1986) hereby makes the following amending scheme:—
  1. This amending scheme may be cited as the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (Remission of Rates) (Amendment) Scheme,
  3. Article 4 of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (Remission of Rates) Scheme, 1986 ( S.I. No. 276 of 1986 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of "31st day of May, 1991" for "31st day of May, 1989". GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment this 28th day of July,
