FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) (No. 2) ORDER, 1989. I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 2) Order, 1989. 2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ). 3. The Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1989 ( S.I. No. 258 of 1989 ) is hereby revoked. SCHEDULE That area bounded by but excluding the county road 116, the N53 road from its junction with county road 116 to its junction with county road 120, the county roads 120, 838, 801, 865, 866 and 868 to Essexford, the R178 road from Essexford to Carrickmacross, the N2 road from Carrickmacross to its junction with the R180 road, the R180 road to its junction with county road 817, county roads 817, 814 and 780 to the junction with the R178 road, the R178 road from its junction with county road 780 to Shercock, the R162 road from Shercock to Ballybay, the R162 road from Ballybay to its junction with the R184 road and the R184 road through Clontibret towards Keady.
