SOCIAL WELFARE (MODIFICATION OF INSURANCE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1989 The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3 and 7 of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (No.1 of 1981 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as Social Welfare (Modification of Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations, 1989. 2. Article 7 of the Social Welfare (Modification of Insurance) Regulations, 1979 ( S.I. No. 87 of 1979 ) (as amended by the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 65 of 1988 )) is hereby amended by the substitution in sub-article
(3)of "in sub-articles
(1)(a) and
(1)(l)" for "in sub-article
(1)(a)".
- These Regulations shall come into operation on the 6th day of April,
