MARITIME BOUNDARIES (COUNTY OF CORK) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1990. WHEREAS the present acknowledged or reputed maritime boundaries of the County of Cork at Crosshaven have been ascertained, defined and marked out under section 3 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1854; AND WHEREAS the maritime boundaries of the said county's constituent maritime denominations of land, namely baronies, parishes, townlands and district electoral divisions have been ascertained and defined under the said section 3; AND WHEREAS a report accompanied by a plan has been submitted to the Government under section 11 of the said Act of 1854; NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 11 and 12 of the said Act of 1854 and section 4 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1859, as adapted by or under subsequent enactments, and having considered the report and plan so submitted, hereby order as follows; 1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Boundaries (County of Cork) (No. 2) Order, 1990. 2. This Order shall take effect from the 13th day of November, 1990. 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 4. In this Order— "Chief Boundary Surveyor" means the Boundary Surveyor who submitted the Report; "the Plan" means the ordnance plan referred to in and submitted with the Report; "present", in relation to a boundary, means existing immediately before the commencement of this Order; "the Report" means the report, to which Article 12 of this Order relates, of the Boundary Surveyor relating to the maritime boundaries of the county of Cork at Crosshaven and of its constituent denominations of land namely, baronies, parishes, townlands and district electoral divisions, dated the 5th day of July, 1990, and prepared, made out and submitted in accordance with section 11 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1854. 5. It is hereby directed that for all public purposes the boundary of the county of Cork at Crosshaven shall be deemed and taken to be the present boundary line as altered by the adoption of each of the changes proposed by the Chief Boundary Surveyor which are marked out by him and are described in detail in paragraph 1 of the Report and delineated on the Plan. 6. It is hereby directed that for all public purposes the boundary of the barony of Kerrycurrihy shall be deemed and taken to be the present boundary line as altered by the adoption of the change proposed by the Chief Boundary Surveyor which is described in paragraph 2 of the Report and delineated on the Plan. 7. It is hereby directed that for all public purposes the boundary of the district electoral division of Templebreedy shall be deemed and taken to be the present boundary line as altered by the adoption of the change proposed by the Chief Boundary Surveyor which is described in paragraph 3 of the Report and delineated on the Plan. 8. It is hereby directed that for all public purposes the boundary of the parish of Templebreedy shall be deemed and taken to be the present boundary line as altered by the adoption of the change proposed by the Chief Boundary Surveyor which is described in paragraph 4 of the Report and delineated on the Plan. 9. It is hereby directed that for all public purposes the boundary of the townland of Hodderfield shall be deemed and taken to be the present boundary line as altered by the adoption of the change proposed by the Chief Boundary Surveyor which is described in paragraph 5 of the Report and delineated on the Plan. 10. It is hereby directed that for all public purposes the boundary of the townland of Knocknagore shall be deemed and taken to be the present boundary line as altered by the adoption of the change proposed by the Chief Boundary Surveyor which is described in paragraph 6 of the Report and delineated on the Plan. 11. It is hereby directed that for all public purposes the boundary of the townland of Crosshaven, shall be deemed and taken to be the present boundary line as altered by the adoption of the change proposed by the Chief Boundary Surveyor which is described in paragraph 7 of the Report and delineated on the Plan. 12. This Order together with the Report and the Plan shall remain on record in accordance with section 4 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1859, and shall be exhibited to any person or persons who may desire to inspect the same, without fee or reward.
