LIMERICK (COUNTY BOROUGH AND COUNTY) TRAFFIC AND PARKING (AMENDMENT) BYE-LAWS, 1990. I, EUGENE C. CROWLEY, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 90 (as amended by section 6 of the Road Traffic Act, 1968 (No. 25 of 1968)) of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) (as adapted by the Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 269 of 1977 )), with the consent of the Minister for the Environment and after consultation with the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Limerick, hereby make the following bye-laws, in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Limerick. 1. These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Limerick (County Borough and County) Traffic and Parking (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 1990. 2. The schedule to the Limerick (County Borough and County) Traffic and Parking Bye-Laws, 1986 ( S.I. No. 189 of 1986 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of the following for reference number 10 and the matters set out at that reference number: "10 The county borough of Limerick. 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Each weekday other than a holiday". GIVEN under my hand, this 20th day of September, 1990. E. C. CROWLEY, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána. The Minister for the Environment consents to the making of the foregoing bye-laws. These bye-laws change the business hours in the county borough of Limerick to include Saturdays.
