HEALTH (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1991 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1991. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 11 of the Health (Amendment) Act, 1991 (No. 15 of 1991) hereby orders as follows— 1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Amendment) Act, 1991 (Commencement) Order, 1991. 2. The Health (Amendment) Act, 1991 shall come into operation generally on 1st day of June, 1991. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 1st day of June, 1991. RORY O'HANLON Minister for Health. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order brings into operation all sections of the Health (Amendment) Act, 1991 which provides for the abolition of Category III and related amendments to the Health Act, 1970 and for the abolition of the income ceiling for payment of health contributions.
