I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 11 of the Companies Act, 1990 (No. 33 of 1990), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Regulations, 1991. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1991. 3. For the purposes of subsections
(3)of section 11 of the Companies Act, 1990 (No. 33 of 1990), a fee of 15p per page or part of a page is hereby prescribed for furnishing a copy of an inspector's report under paragraph (b) of that subsection, subject to a minimum fee of £5 and a maximum of £20 per copy. The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the fees to be paid in connection with section 11 of the Companies Act, 1990 .
