PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES (EMPLOYERS' INSOLVENCY) (FORMS AND PROCEDURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1991. I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, T.D., Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 6 and 16 of the Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) Act, 1984 (No. 21 of 1984), hereby make the following Regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) (Forms and Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations, 1991.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on the 30th day of December,
- The Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) (Forms and Procedure) Regulations, 1984 ( S.I. No. 356 of 1984 ), are hereby amended by— ( a ) the insertion in Regulation 3 after "forms" of "or forms to the like effect", ( b ) the substitution in Regulation 4 (b) (ii) of "Department of Labour, Davitt House, 65A Adelaide Road, Dublin 2." for "Department of Labour, Davitt House, Mespil Road, Dublin 4.", ( c ) the insertion in paragraph
(2)of Regulation 5 after "forms" of "or forms to the like effect", and ( d ) the substitution for Form IP1 set out in Part 1 of the Schedule thereto of Form IP1 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. SCHEDULE GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20 day of December,

The purpose of these Regulations is to amend the Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) (Forms and Procedure) Regulations, 1984, ( S.I. No. 356 of 1984 ) in order to provide for alterations to the prescribed Form IP1 and to the procedures to be followed in relation to applications for the payment of certain claims under the Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) Acts, 1984 to
