AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1975 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1991. I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), and the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 52 of 1956 ), as amended by the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulations of Export) Act, 1947 (Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 209 of 1972 ), hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1975 (Revocation) Order, 1991. 2. The Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1975 ( S.I. No. 126 of 1975 ), is hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 25th day of February, 1991. DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of this Order is to enable the Minister for Industry and Commerce to revoke the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1975 which controlled the export, to places outside the European Community, of commodities contained in the following schedule. SCHEDULE Raw skins and sheep and lambs (fresh salted, dried, limed or pickled) and pieces thereof, including sheep and lamb skins and pieces thereof from which the wool has not been removed. Fuel wood, or coniferous wood pine and fir shavings. Wood in the rough, whether or not stripped of its bard or merely roughed down other than poles of coniferous wood, injected or otherwise impregnated to any degree, not less than 6 m or more than 18 m in length and with a circumference at the butt end of more than 45 cm but not more than 90 cm. Wood sawn lengthwise, sliced or peeled, but not further prepared, of a thickness exceeding 5 mm of coniferous wood, not including small boards for manufacture of boxes, sieves or riddles and the like.
