AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 126 of 1992. FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1991 (FISHERIES CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES) ORDER, 1992. I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1991 (No. 26 of 1991), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1991 (Fisheries Co-operative Societies) Order, 1992. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of May, 1992. 3. Each Society specified in the third column of the First Schedule to this Order at a particular reference number is hereby established as a fisheries co-operative society in the fisheries region mentioned in the second column of the Schedule at that reference number for the area in that region specified in the fourth column of the Schedule opposite the mention of the Society. 4. The persons mentioned in the third column of the Second Schedule to this Order opposite the names of the society in the second column of the Schedule are hereby designated as the persons who shall be trustees of the society on its establishment.
