INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (CHEMICAL AND ALLIED PRODUCTS COMMITTEE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1992. An Foras Áiseanna Saothair in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 24 of the Industrial Training Act, 1967 (No. 5 of 1967), and Section 4
(2)of the Labour Services Act, 1987 , (No. 15 of 1987), hereby makes the following Order:—
- This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Chemical and Allied Proudcts Committee) (Amendment) Order,
- In this Order "the Order of 1972" means the Industrial Training (Chemical and Allied Products Committee) Order,
- The Order of 1972 and this Order may be cited together as the Industrial Training (Chemical and Allied Products Committee) Orders, 1972 and
- Article 7 of the Order of 1972 is hereby amended by the substitution of "three years and three months" for "three years". GIVEN under the Seal of An Foras Áiseanna Saothair, this 30th day of June,
- The seal of An Foras Áiseanna Saothair was affixed in the presence of: CHRIS KIRWAN. A member of An Foras Áiseanna Saothair authorised by An Foras Áiseanna Saothair to act in that behalf. and JOHN J. LYNCH. An officer of An Foras Áiseanna Saothair authorised by An Foras Áiseanna Saothair to act in that behalf. EXPLANATORY NOTE. An Foras Áiseanna Saothair (The Training and Employment Authority) was established under the Labour Services Act, 1987 as successor to An Chomhairle Oiliúna (The Industrial Training Authority). The Industrial Training (Chemical and Allied Products Committee) Order, 1970 made by An Chomhairle Oiliúna established an Industrial Training Committee, to be known as the Chemical and Allied Products Training Committee, to advise and assist An Chomhairle Oiliúna, as respects the performance of its functions. All such functions have now been transferred to An Foras Áiseanna Saothair under the above mentioned Act. This Order amends the Industrial Training (Chemical and Allied Products Committee) Order, 1972 by extending the term of office of the members of the Committee from three years to three years and three months.
