(7)of the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 (No. 18 of 1968), and the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 30 of 1977 ) (as adapted by the Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 82 of 1987 ), hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centre (Castletownbere) (Amendment) Order, 1992.
(2)The Fishery Harbour Centre (Castletownbere) Order, 1970 ( S.I. No. 57 of 1970 ), and this Order may be cited together as the Fishery Harbour Centre (Castletownbere) Orders, 1970 and
  2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of September,
  4. The Fishery Harbour Centre (Castletownbere) Order, 1970 ( S.I. No. 57 of 1970 ), shall have effect as if paragraph 4 defined the area of Castletownbere Fishery Harbour Centre as being that part of Castletownbere Harbour and of the land adjoining it within the outer margin of the red line on the map contained in the Schedule to this Order. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 2nd day of July,
