AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 382 of 1992. EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (CEREAL SEED) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 1992. I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 66/402/EEC of 14 June, 1966,
(1)as amended, hereby make the following Regulations:
(1)O.J. No. 125/2309, 11 July 1966. 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1992, and shall come into operation on the 17th day of December, 1992.
(2)The collective citation "the European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations, 1981 to 1992" shall include these Regulations.
- In these Regulations— "the Principal Regulations" means the European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 48 of 1981 ); "the Regulations of 1990" means the European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations, 1990 ( S.I. No. 341 of 1990 ); "the Regulations of 1992" means the European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations, 1992 ( S.I. No. 29 of 1992 ).
- Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations (inserted by the Regulations of 1990 and amended by the Regulations of 1992), is hereby amended by the substitution of the following table for the table thereto:— TABLE

These Regulations, by amending existing Regulations on the marketing of cereal seed, prescribe a revised scale of fees for cereal crop inspection and certification of cereal seed.
