No. 441 of 1992. URBAN RENEWAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1987 (TRANSFER OF LAND) ORDER, 1992. The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 6 of the Urban Renewal (Amendment) Act, 1987 (No. 16 of 1987), after consultation with the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Dublin (hereinafter called "the Corporation") hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Renewal (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Transfer of Land) Order, 1992. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of December, 1992. 3. In this Order "Custom House Docks Area" means the Area described in the Schedule to the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (No. 19 of 1986) as extended under section 2 of the Urban Renewal (Amendment) Act, 1987 . 4. All estate, rights, title and interest held by the Corporation in the premises identified as No. 1A Guild Street on Ordnance Survey Map 3264-2 of 1971 is hereby transferred to the Custom House Docks Development Authority to be held by the Authority for all the estate, rights, title and interest for which the same is held by the Corporation.
